Shipping Policy

We offer free delivery nationwide!

 

​Standard Delivery Times:

  • ⁠Main Cities: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • ⁠Outlying Areas: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)  

Same-Day Urgent Delivery (Johannesburg Only)

Need it fast? For an additional R99, we offer same-day delivery within Johannesburg (order before 12 PM, subject to availability).

 

*Deliveries are processed on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

1. Faulty Items Only

  • ⁠If your bikini arrives defective (e.g., stitching flaws, manufacturing defects) or is the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.  

  • ⁠We will provide a free replacement (if available) or a full refund once the faulty item is returned to us.  

 

2. No Standard Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:  

  • Change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour preference.  

  • Any swimwear with removed hygiene liners or signs of wear.  

 

3. How to Report a Faulty Item

1.⁠ ⁠Mail us on info@szns.co.za with the following:  

  • Your order number.  

  • Photos/video of the defect or incorrect item.  

2.⁠ ⁠We will respond within 24–48 hours to arrange a return (if needed).  

3.⁠ ⁠Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by us. 

4. Consumer Rights (CPA Compliance)

  • ⁠This policy complies with South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act (CPA), which entitles customers to return defective or misrepresented goods.
